Price: from £500 (depending on monthly rental amount, minimum fee £500), One Off Fee - No Monthly Charge*:

  • FINDING TENANTS

  • CHECKING REFERENCES 

  • MOVE-IN INSPECTION (if full inventory is required then an additional charge of £75 will be charged to Landlord).

  • ARRANGING TENANCY AGREEMENT

  • COLLECTING FIRST ADVANCE RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT (landlord to collect all future rents)

 

GOLD SERVICE - FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

(Price: £250 Set Up Fee + £75 Per New Tenancy/Tenancy Renewal + 9% (no VAT) Of Monthly Rental Income Per Unit*):

  • FINDING TENANTS

  • PRE-TENANCY CREDIT CHECK

  • CHECKING REFERENCES

  • MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT INSPECTION (if full inventory is required prior to move-in then an additional charge of £75 will be charged to Landlord).

  • 3 MONTHLY PROPERTY INSPECTIONS FOR THE FIRST 12 MONTHS FOLLOWED BY ANNUAL INSPECTIONS THERE AFTER IF NO ISSUES (additional inspections can be carried out as arranged at additional cost to the Owner.)

  • ARRANGING TENANCY AGREEMENT

  • ARRANGING ALL MAINTENANCE DURING THE TENANCY TO BE CARRIED OUT BY QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS (cost for all maintenance to the property IS NOT included in the monthly property management fee, this will be charged at an additional cost to the Owner + 10% administration charge.)

  • ARRANGING REPLACEMENT OF ANY APPLIANCES & FURNITURE INCLUDED IN  THE PROPERTY (If replacement is required, after discussion with Owner.  All items replaced at Owner's expense not Agents.)

HMO SERVICE & BLOCK MANAGEMENT OF FLATS SERVICE - FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

(Price: £350 (up t0 5 rooms/flats), £400 (5-10 rooms/flats), £450 (10-15 rooms/flats), £500 (15-20 rooms/flats)** Set Up Fee + £50 Per New Tenancy/Tenancy Renewal +

10% (no VAT) Of Monthly Rental Income Per Unit*):

  • 6 MONTHLY PROPERTY INSPECTIONS (additional inspections can be carried out as arranged at additional cost to the Owner.)

  • ARRANGING TENANCY AGREEMENTS (additional £50 charge for each new tenancy agreement for each room within a shared property)

  • ARRANGING ALL MAINTENANCE DURING THE TENANCY TO BE CARRIED OUT BY QUALIFIED CONTRACTORS (cost for all maintenance to the property IS NOT included in the monthly property management fee, this will be charged at an additional cost to the Owner + 10% administration charge.)
